Chess In Millburn Academy is a proud sponsor of the 2023 Lunar New Year Street Fair. Our booth is 3rd from the entrance. Welcome to join us in downtown Millburn!
Chess In Millburn Academy concludes FREE Senior Classes
Our academy gave 10 weeks of free classes to the seniors of our community. Classes took place in Bauer Center in Taylor Park and were 90 minutes each. We introduced chess to many new faces and hope seniors of our community continue to play chess.
Congratulations to our Coach NM Bilgen on his success!
Coach Bilgen placed 2nd in the 47th Annual East Open in the U2200 section with a score of 6.5/8. He also tied 4th place in the Blitz Tournament scoring 6/8 points. Tournament was held in Virginia and took 4 days over the Christmas break.
